Medications include Plavix, s/l gwen-a-ven, Lotrel, digoxin, Coreg, Humulin 70/30, Zyrtec, Metaglip, allopurinol, potassium, heparin and s/l cultraseen.

Past medical history is significant for cardiomegaly, insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus, bradycardia and gout.
