A low midline incision was made at previous scar line. Incision was deepened and __________ skin was excised. The incision was deepened and entered abdominal cavity in the usual manner. Upon entering the abdominal cavitary, heavy omental adhesions were noted which were sharply lysed, bleeders secured.

ESL spell this as "scartical".

Procedure - exploratory laparotomy with extensive lyses of adhesions and pelvic washing for cytology and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
