The patient’s gallstones are clearly asymptomatic, and therefore an urgent cholecystectomy is certainly not indicated. However, we are left with dealing with abnormal liver function tests in the setting of known gallstones. One possibility would include common bile duct stones, but the lack of any "biliary" dilation
