Does fascia seem right here?

OBJECTIVE:
LEFT KNEE: Small effusion is palpable. Active range of motion is 0 to 120 degrees, but tender at both extremes. Ligaments grossly intact. Quite marked medial joint line tenderness and also medial patellar *fascia* tenderness.
