there's that word again "filetaged" SM

I am almost positive he is referring to "fileting" but he is definitely saying "filetage" any help here??????

You're right, I think, that it's a made-up word only this doc uses. I've never heard it in 20+ years. I'd ask my supervisor if I had one. My own decision would be to type as dictated because I can't think of any better way to say it where I could be sure I wasn't changing the meaning.

I've had this stinkin' doc all morning (playing catch up) and he is such a mumbler...he has had this word in nearly every report and I have flagged. I think I will do the same and then ask for a follow-up report from QA....whew, hate days like this. I've wasted enough time on him and his terminology. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something!!
