The patient is a 34-year-old man with a past history of post-traumatic stress disorder who presented to the emergency room with fever and abdominal pain for the past 48 hours. The patient denied any nausea or vomiting or any other symptoms. He has a past history of an appendectomy and s/l lap coli.

any suggestions? maybe cholecystectomy?
