There is a 1-mm nevus at about 12 o’clock position, left breast, about 1 inch lateral to the areola. Distad to that, about 1 cm away toward the areola there is 1 mm erythema. Axillary lymph node enlargement with tenderness about 2 palpated, mobile, not matted. No nipple discharge.
