She is giving lab data. She finished with liver function tests, said "new paragraph", as she is paragraphing out each type of test. She is saying what sounds like "El-pee-bowl-A level" was less than 2 and his homocistine level was....

LPa (sometimes they say "L P little A"). And also check your spelling on homocysteine or maybe homocystine.

I did correct homocystine - thank you. Would LPa fit? Is that even a test? I did fine an LPA that was a marker for ovarian cancer - totally out! This is an old man! LOL!
