There are standard sizes for K wires, but what are they? sm

How would you go about finding this information online? When I Google "K wire sizes" or "Kirschner wire sizes," I just get a bunch of junk.

I ask because dictation is "a point 45 K wire," and I thought all K wires were in thousandths of an inch, not hundredths. Is there a 0.45 K wire?
