Need help with this stumper - sm

The patient overdosed on Tylenol so Poison Control put her on s/l ennacetyl cysteine 8.8 grams then 4.4 grams. Any clues? Last part is clear but not the first word.

the N is capped.
N-acetyl cysteine (used for acetaminophen toxicity) (nm)

My QLEDB shows that these are both the same, so ... sm

you should probably type whatever is closest to what you hear. With or without the N are synonyms for the same drug.
