Modicon is indeed a birth control pill that can be used to help treat acne, however as far as I can tell, it comes in a 28 pack. (I'm not sure where you find spermicide as my Quick Look only shows it as a tablet)

Another BCP is Ovcon and that does come in a 35 pack.

You may want to flag this if it isn't dictated clearly.
