Losing my marbles

Past medical history is significant for TPD. A recent chest x-ray was negative.

I am thinking of a particular disease that is on the tip of my tongue and I can't get it. I have searched and my sister had this several years ago and I even tried to call her but she's not home,went for a walk and still can't confirm the TPD.
