Male patient - being seen for bilatearl knee pain, has significant swelling and also has a diagnosis of COPD.
Due to his alterations in gait and activities he has had progressive left knee pain. The swelling is significant on the left, especially in the morning, while mild on the right. He reports moderate crepitus, especially upon waking in the morning and ascending stairs. He has been given "Bumetone" for swelling control and this is helping him significantly
